We're Changed

Rascal Flatts came to town with their "Changed" Tour and brought along Eden's Edge, The Eli Young Band, and Little Big Town.  Sienna had to bow out with her marching band schedule, so Rob came to his first country concert!

The opening band, Eden's Edge, got the night off to a great start.  They have two hits, "Amen" and "Too Good to be True," and here's the latter -

and a picture.

The Eli Young Band was next and they have several hits.  Here is one of their biggest - "Crazy Girl,"

and a picture.

Then it was time for my favorite country group - Little Big Town!  I know they're opening for Rascal Flatts, but in my eyes, they need their own show and soon!

Here is their first song - "Creek Don't Rise."
"

Their harmonies melt my heart.

Here is their hit "Little White Church."

Here is their number one hit on country radio - "Pontoon."

That is the ultimate party song if you ask me.

We hope to play that song at Bash 3.

Little Big Town has an on-line series called "Scattered, Smothered, and Covered" in which they do their versions of popular songs.  Here is a countrified version of Lady Gaga's "Born This Way."

Covers or originals, they kill it every time!

Check out some photos.

After their amazing set, it was time for the headliners.  Here is their opener, a medley of "Changed" and "Banjo."

Here is another hit called "Summer Nights."  The video for this song was actually shot at Pismo Beach!

Here's a new hit off their Changed album - "Hot in Here."

Lastly, a popular hit, "Life is a Highway,"

and some pics.

It was a great night and I think Rob enjoyed country rhythms instead of metal riffs.
