As 2009 comes to an end it was time to say goodbye to the drum heads on Spenser's first drum set. They certainly served him well. He's come a long way in a couple years and his hard work was evident on the heavily dented and destroyed drum tops. His instructor Shane came to the house to replace and tune the new drum heads. For prosperity, Rob had Spenser sign the heads as the pictures portray...
I thought his used drum heads would make great wall art to further embellish our 'rock loft'.
The last picture is a view of the drum set with brand new heads. Spenser gave it a trial run and they sounded awesome. Here's to a New Year of great music from our little drummer boy!
