As previously mentioned, Rob wanted me to post Spenser's first recital to our blog. The purpose of posting it is of course to share it with you but also to show you where our enthusiasm began for music and the family band. We were blown away with Spenser's ability to just get up on stage and play with two professional musicians like it was nothing. Here he is with his drum instructor (playing guitar) and another instructor (playing bass).
The bassist is obviously not a singer, but he tried to throw some lyrics in along the way. This recital was from November 08. Spenser's next recital will be in early February, with Rob accompanying him on guitar. For us, it's something to prepare for and something to look forward to.
