The Perry Regiment held their banquet last night and our little buddy received an award for his performance, effort, dedication, and teachability. We are so happy for him! No drummers have received an award in the last 4 years. Way to start a trend Spenser!
We are also proud of Sienna's commitment to the regiment, and so is Mr. Kiesgen, the band director.
Both kids are gearing up for winter season. Sienna made the "red" squad, or varsity guard, and Spenser secured a snare spot for the winter drum-line. Here comes winter season!
Spenser and I celebrate his accolade with some silliness.
