Bash on Bartlett 3 - Christmas Edition

Bash on Bartlett 3 went down in the record books last night, and seemed to be a successful event, in spite of the anxiety, stress, and effort it takes to put on one great rock show. With the help of many others, our party commenced with much holiday spirit and happiness.

Prep work began days before.  Here is the front living room getting ready to host the food.

Here is the music equipment moved downstairs and

awaiting its trek outside.

Rob spent most of Saturday morning setting up the stage and instruments.

Here's an aerial view from the balcony.  Sienna is photo-bombing!

Spenser and Rob sound-check.

Almost show time!

And it's on!

Samour Sounds fans!

On the last few songs, which were Christmas songs, we invited the children up to jingle the bells and sing along.  They were cute!

Sienna was a great hostess, looking after kids, socializing with all, and even spot cleaning spills.

All set up also needs a break down, and here is what the next day looked like.

My parents helped immensely with set up, food preparation, and clean-up.  Our neighbors, the Gregory's, helped with moving heavy equipment, food storage, and food heating.  After the show, many Samour Sounds fans helped carry equipment back upstairs.

We had 80 people in attendance for our third Bash on Bartlett, but the first ever outside!

Oh what fun it was!
