We invested in the Country Megaticket which includes seats to 4 amazing concerts. Our first concert kicked off last night with Sugarland, Canaan Smith, and Lauren Alaina. The megaticket will pick up in September with Jason Aldean/Luke Bryan, Rascal Flatts, and then Brad Paisley. We are pretty happy with our seats and can't wait to see the rest of the artists.
Canaan Smith, the opener for Sugarland, is one of our favorites whom we met earlier this year at Toby Keith's. He's a cutie and a sweetie, and he sings and plays guitar sweetly too. Sienna was over the moon excited when she heard he was opening up for Sugarland. Check out her enthusiasm...
She made a sign so that we could stand out in the crowd, and she got a shirt!
Then it was time for him to hit the stage and play the songs we like so much.
That was his current hit, "We Got Us," accompanied by Kristian Bush from Sugarland, and Lauren Alaina, runner up to American Idol last season. Here's another catchy tune.....
We did a meet and greet after the show and here is the result!

After Canaan's set, Sugarland opened with "Wide Open" and their hit "Stuck Like Glue."
Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland is currently on the new reality show Duets, and as a surprise she brought out two different contestants from her team to sing with her. They were great! Here is the first contestant helping her with their song "Tonight."
The second contestant helped out on "Stay."
I really enjoyed the duets!
It was another great country show at Ashley Home Store Pavilion. Despite fighting a migraine, I didn't want to miss the show, and am glad I pushed through. I began feeling better and now have some great memories, pictures, and videos to show for it.
