Things are getting serious around here. Two a week practices, are you kidding me? No, I'm not, hence the first line of the post. Bash 2 was originally set for the 5th of May, a date chosen so that the show could be outside (thanks to the Vandegriffs for volunteering their grandiose back yard), with time enough to practice and prepare, as well as just being a great day for a party mexican style! Oh and of course any party outside in Arizona must commence before summer sizzle sets in. Tomorrow will be April 1st, and no April Fools - Bash 2 is coming in a flash! So we will do our best to get ready and whatever it sounds like on Cinco de Mayo will have to be fine-o! Even if a few notes are missed, music and margaritas = memories!
Here's the hard-working drummer, flashing a smile seldom captured on camera!
And the rest of the guys at a Saturday practice.
Here's just a bit of a new song added to the setlist. It's "Viva La Vida" by Coldplay.
There's a longer version but it doesn't want to post. The next song is "Cocaine" and was videoed at our Saturday practice.
Our house is rockin' on the next song....
In the next video, Rob shows his Jersey roots with his version of "Wanted" by none other than Bon Jovi.
The videos show we need more practice, but at least it's proof that we're trying.
