Perry performed their show "Animal Fantastique" on Saturday night at the Arizona Marching Band Festival at Desert Vista High School. There were 21 schools in their division, and Perry had the best performance of the season!

Sadly, it was not enough to score in the top 10, so they do not move on to the State Championships. The director and staff are "baffled" as to why they placed 12th, but all they can do is laud the regiment for their efforts and continue to prepare for their upcoming California competition. They did earn a Caption in Visual Performance though, and also received an Excellent rating.
Of course we are immensely proud of our D, our Super, our Sienna, who just this week will start auditions for Winter Guard so we know her enthusiasm and spirit and work ethic still reigns!
