Look Who's in the Band!!

Sienna got the opportunity to perform with the Basha High Band this past Friday night.  She hopped on the 'band' bus right after school and spent the evening seeing what high school life is like.  Here she is with their rendition of 'Bad Romance' by Lady Gaga -

In addition to taking the field at half-time, she also stood in the stands and helped Basha pep up the crowd.

It was pretty cool to watch her participate, although she was very much embarrassed and uncomfortable with mom and dad's presence and desire to take pictures and video.  I was able to snap a few though, mommy's prerogative!  Oh yeah!  Here she is preparing to enter the field, and turning back to catch a glimpse of mom's location.

She did great, memorizing her music and playing her part, while learning the value of music and the fun that high school has to offer.  So here's hoping her experience with band continues for years to come.
