One of Aaron's submissions for the next show is Queen's "Crazy Little Thing Called Love." It's not one Spenser is familiar with but he always seems to make do by using his ear and heeding advice from Rueben.
Other songs the band worked on were "Turn the Page" and "Interstate Love Song." The band will practice again next Saturday and hopes to meet every other Saturday until the show.
In other Samour Sounds news, Rob spent one day this week shopping for a bass and a bass amp. It seems our music equipment inventory will be expanding. We always joke that Rob is the "driver of the van" and we may literally have to purchase one if we ever have to transport our supplies. The next Bash will be our first test with mobilizing our equipment not just downstairs, but to a whole different venue. It's like we're going on the road! The closest we'll ever get anyway!
